About Roger

Roger C. Medrano has been practicing massage for over twenty years and has studied techniques from all over the world. He primarily became a Massage Therapist to pay his way through nursing school and after he received is Master's Degree in that field we found a way to merge these two fields together. His past experience includes a lead position on the Cirque du Soleil's rehab team and teaching massage technique.
Roger has been voted Tampa Bay and Tarpon Springs' favorite massage therapist. He has also been featured in local and national periodicals and on the ABC Evening News. He, in conjunction with My Waxing Systems, filmed an instructional DVD for spa and salon professionals on men's body hair waxing. Bodywork Massage and Day Spas have been named both Tampa Bay's Favorite Spa and Best Massage Therapist.

About Dr. Hopkins
|
Dr. Mikel Hopkins is in private practice in Dunedin, Florida. His practice specializes in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, facial rejuvenation, as well as TMJ dysfunction.
Dr Hopkins is nominated for the ADA's National Humanitarian Achievement Award for his Global Missionary Dentistry and has been a past recipient of the ADA's Foreign Service Accommodation. In addition, he was just named as one of Tampa's Favorite Health Care Providers.

About Ron

Ron Dean has been a part of the Tampa location of Bodywork Massage and Day Spas almost since it’s opening in 2003. After almost 22 years in corporate sales he decided to hang up his tie and become a Massage Therapist. Ron actually was our receptionist by day as he went to massage school at night. Since then, he has grown to be a vital part of the Bodywork Massage and Day Spas staff and heads up the Tampa Spa as its Director. Ron's vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system has helped him achieve high praise with his therapeutic and restorative massage techniques.
Ron is only one of a handful of male aestheticians in Tampa Bay. He along with Trini offer our specialized facials and all our Aesthetic Services.
Roger states that without Ron, Bodywork M&DS could not consistently maintain the highest quality services possible given by all members of our staff. Ron has guided his team with his experience and routinely shares his personal techniques and massage skills with them. MA43658

About Trini

Trini Uhlmann graduated from the Aveda Institute were she obtained both her Florida Aesthetician and Massage Therapist License. Because of her detailed, yet relaxing facials, she has become a favorite referral choice for many Tampa Bay Physicians. Formerly, she worked in an Aveda Spa but found that this limited her on performing specialized services such as Microdermabrasion and acid peels. She also missed the therapeutic nature of massage.
Along with Ron, Roger and Dr Hopkins, she completed an intense Medical Aesthetician course and is certified by SkinMedica to perform all its prescription strength facials and advanced chemical peels. MA49548 |
