The main mission of Bodywork Massage and Day Spas by Roger C. Medrano was to bring a clean, up-scale, comfortable, yet intimate location to the Tampa Bay area where the professionals in our community could receive legitimate bodywork and spa treatments by highly skilled Therapists. Not only have we achieved our goal, we have been acknowledged as one of the premier therapeutic massage destinations by both the media and medical community.
What makes us different from the "membership" spas is the fact that all associates on our staff have a medical or athletic background, or have been doing massage and or skincare for a minimum of three years. We integrate that experience into each massage or facial to give you the best relaxation and therapeutic experience possible. You can also request your favorite Massage Therapist or Esthetician. The "membership" spas are a great thing and they really have done their part in introducing massage to a portion of the population that may would have never tried massage due to the cost or it not being available in their community. They are great for what they are. At Bodywork Massage and Days Spas by Roger C Medrano, you can be assured that your spa services are not being performed by an hourly employee that may have just graduated from Massage School. Don't' envy your massage, enjoy it.
In addition to massage, we offer a full menu of skin care and body treatments which include ear candling, facials, paraffin treatments to name a few. We also carry a full line of skin care, massage and spa products are also available for purchase. We are a proud to be both SpaFinder and SpaWay Partner and honor those gift certificates. About Roger
|
Roger C. Medrano has been practicing massage for over twenty years and has studied techniques from all over the world. He has also trained in skin care at the renowned Hotel Termes Montbrio' Spa in Spain. His past experience includes a lead position on Cirque du Soleil's rehab team, working as critical care nurse, and teaching massage technique.
Roger has been voted Tampa Bay's favorite massage therapist. He has also been featured in Tampa Bay Magazine, The Gazette and on the ABC Evening News. He, in conjunction with My Waxing Systems, filmed an instructional DVD for spa and salon professionals on men's body hair waxing. Most recently, Bodywork Massage and Day Spas by Roger C. Medrano have been named Tampa Bay's favorite Spa for three years consecutively.

About Ron  |
Ron Dean was in corporate sales for 22 years before becoming a Massage Therapist. Since then, he has grown to be a vital part of the Bodywork staff and heads up the Tampa Spa as its Director. Ron's vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system has helped him achieve high praise with his therapeutic /restorative massage techniques. About Trini

Trini Uhlmann graduated from the Aveda Institute were she obtained both her Florida Esthetician and Massage Therapist License. Trini performs all of our specialized facials such as Glycolic Peels and those that include extractions. Because of her detailed, yet relaxing facials, she has become a favorite referral choice for many Tampa Bay Cosmetic Surgeons and Dermatologists. Formerly, she worked in an Aveda Spa but found that this limited her on performing specialized services such as Microdermabrasion and acid peels. She also missed the therapeutic nature of massage.
