Gratuities*
*We have listed this solely as the result of being asked repeatedly what is proper tipping protocol. Gratuities to your therapist are solely up to you and are not required.

Proper spa etiquette is that you tip your therapist between $20-$30 an hour or 20% of your total spa treatment receipt, whichever is greater. Body hair waxing is a skill that comes with years of practice which tipping should reflect. Follow the $20-$30 gratuity rule for waxing.

All Medi-Spa (including Botox) or insurance claim procedures, are considered medical and require no tip.

If you have more than one therapist, please indicate how you would like the gratuities distributed when paying.

No Call No Show
Proper spa etiquette is that a fee of 50% (100% on any pre paid package or gift certificates) of the services scheduled will be charged for any missed and not cancelled appointments. Please provide our office with 24 hours notice in order to avoid this charge.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift certificates purchased prior June, 2008 are expired, no exceptions.
If the spa special which your gift card was purchased for is no longer running or the rate has increased, any balance not covered by the gift would be your responsibility. Any unused portion of gift certificate can be used towards your therapist's gratuity.

SpaFinder and SpaWay Gift Certificates
We proudly accept your SpaFinder and SpaWay gift certificates for payment of all your regular priced spa experiences. All appointments must be secured with your gift certificate number. Certificates can not be redeemed for cash.

Treatments
Note: Actual "hands-on" massage time may be less to allow for disrobing, showering and/or dressing. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any specific conditions. Any verbal discussions of general conditions is meant only to suggest options and if you have a condition that we feel would be best treated by another health professional, we will make that suggestion to you to find a qualified practitioner.

Any sexual conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate ending of treatment. Payment for treatment will not be refunded.
