Spa Hours

Summer hours will be M-Th from 11:00AM to 5:30PM, F-Sat 11:00AM to 4:00PM.
You may set an appointment, in advance, before or after hours.
* Closed Major Holiday.

Making Appointments

All appointments must be secured with a credit card.
We strongly suggest that you plan ahead and pre-schedule your massage or Spa appointment as senior staff pre-book rather quickly. Same day appointments may be available if you call before 2PM. Male and female therapist are available. If you have a preference please let us know when booking. We can not guarantee a specific therapist for last minute or walk in appointments.

No Call No Show
Proper spa etiquette is that a fee of 50% (100% on any pre paid package) of the services scheduled will be charged for any missed and not cancelled appointments. This amount will be applied to your credit card or any pre-paid package. If you need to cancel your appointment please call our office at 813-286-2125. Please provide 24 hours notice in order to avoid this charge. A habit of not showing for your treatments will result in our offices not being able to schedule you for another appointment.

Pre-Paid Packages
* 7/26/2007 Due to changes in FL State Law we can no longer offer services as a pre paid package. We have reintroduced our massage and facial maintenance program. No refunds on pre-paid packages currently on our books.

SpaFinder and SpaWay Gift Certificates
(Not redeemable on any discounted services or packages)
We proudly accept your SpaFinder and SpaWay gift certificates for payment for all your regular priced spa experiences at Bodywork Massage and Day Spas by Roger C Medrano. All appointments must be secured with your gift certificate number. The TOTAL amount of services scheduled will be charged to that certificate at the time of scheduling. In the event of missed and not cancelled with 24hours appointment, we will honor your certificate less the nominal missed appointment fee. This offer is good for a period of 7 days, after original appointment date. Older paper gift certificates must have both sections and be presented to us in good condition with serial numbers visible and legible. Any unused portion of gift certificate can be used towards your therapist's gratuity or Spa credit for future treatments. Gift certificate's credits expire 30 days of initial redemption. Certificates can not be redeemed for cash.

Treatments
Note: Actual "hands-on" massage time may be less to allow for disrobing, showering and/or dressing.
We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any specific conditions. Any verbal discussions of general conditions is meant only to suggest options and if you have a condition that we feel would be best treated by another health professional, we will make that suggestion to you to find a qualified practitioner.

Any sexual conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate ending of treatment. Payment for treatment will not be refunded.

For your comfort and Florida State Law, a drape or sheet will always be provided.
