I am a nationally recognized Doctor, published author and speaker. In January of 2011 I was in Tampa to lecture to a party of Tampa Bay healthcare providers. Prior to my engagement I set up a bodywork session with Roger. Bodywork Spa is comfortable and with completing a long travel day the atmosphere helped me decompress. I had asked for a deep tissue massage, which is what I received but Roger’s intuitive techniques were spot on. When I asked what his technique was, he just said Integrated but that my body was really dictating the session.
I do not write many testimonials but I must say that Mr. Medrano is one of the best therapists I have ever seen. This is a high compliment regarding the fact that I have received well over 3000 massage and bodywork sessions in my adult life. In fact I did leave his spa with several gift certificates to hand out to some of the people attending my lecture!

Simply the best in town!

From the very first phone call, it was obvious that this was the place for me! I was treated professionally and courteously. I was welcomed by everyone I met on staff, and made to feel like I belonged there. I have been having therapeutic massages for years before this, and I can honestly say that this was the most beneficial therapy that I have ever received. Mr. Medrano released spasms in my neck and shoulders that had bothered me for years due to the work that I do. He clearly knows what he is doing and has used a combination of techniques, including stretching, deep tissue work, and hot stone massage to give me the most relief. I have also had the pleasure of having several of his other treatments, such as microdermabrasion, the spa foot treatment, and body hair waxing services. I would highly recommend Mr Medrano to anyone interested in a quality spa treatment at a very reasonable price.

I had contacted Roger the day before I was coming into town to see if he had an appointment available. He made time last minute to fit me into his schedule. He was in Tampa all day, but he agreed to meet me at one of his other locations. Roger made me feel very comfortable and the massage was AWESOME! Whenever I make it to the Tampa area I will make sure to see Roger for another great massage! He was worth every penny! Even today I still feel relaxed! Thank you!

I had my first appointment with Roger in June of 2003 while he was visiting Indianapolis. Even now, I’ve found no one locally that can get the same results. I have had sessions with other massage therapists that say they do deep tissue - it’s not the same.
I am an avid runner, participating in anything from a 5K to a full marathon, and Roger has helped me immensely over the past couple of years. I count on him to get me ready for all my major races, flying down the week before for our usual two day session of PNF (major stretching) and Swedish massage. In addition, he has taught me many performance enhancing stretches and excellent breathing tips. With his help, I dropped more than 30 minutes from my first marathon to my second even though I ran the second with a foot injury. Had I not been injured, I’m sure I would have been even faster.
Since I first started working with Roger, he has introduced new services for men including facials and waxing. Since I normally spend two days having him work with me, I have treated myself to many of the various services. I ALWAYS get a salt glow treatment after a massage, and my skin feels great. It is awesome!
Roger convinced me to try the SkinMedica Products he sells at his studio. They are incredible. I have harsh winter winds to deal with in Indiana, and these products made a big difference for me this winter.
Roger gets amazing results, and I will continue to fly to Florida for him to work on me.

I am a 37 year old who is also a massage therapist. I enjoy a good strong massage from someone who knows what they are doing. While visiting in Tampa, Roger took me as a last minute appointment on a day he usually does not do massages. He has a very firm touch and really worked all my sore muscles and used some very intense stretches. His massage is very elegant as he moves from one position to the next. Roger is an excellent masseur I would definitely hire again.
